8-Week Mindfulness Journey


“Mindfulness,” John Kabat-Zinn (the founder of MBSR) says, “is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally. It’s about knowing what is on your mind.”

We are so excited to offer this 8-week course to our community! This small group will be guidedbyFaleciaWasicko,RN,LMT.

Faleciaisanexperiencedpractitionerandfacilitatorofmindfulness-basedstressreduction.ShereceivedhertrainingfromtheInstituteforMindfulnessatJeffersonUniversityHospital.

We are offering two free introduction workshops on Sunday, February 25th at 1:30 pm and Tuesday, March 20th at 6:30 pm. Early registration price is available for the 8-week course at either of these introductory events.

The 8-week course runs from April through June on Sundays from 2 – 4:30pm, unless otherwise noted:
